Leadership

Camp Penuel Costa Rica (CPCR) is a mission of Camp Penuel USA.  During the summer of 2000, the USA Board of Directors appointed Paul Bernhagen as the Director of this mission, and he, in turn, formed a 7 member volunteer steering commitee in Costa Rica during December 2000.  This volunteer steering committee has remained intact and continues to provide leadership and direction to CPCR over the years. In addition, Mr. Bernhagen also receives advice and support from his local congregation, Manantial de Vida, pastored by the Rev. Jorge Luis Soto.
